Czechoslovakia was never a part or Russia. Nor was it ever a part of the USSR which is not quite the same thing.
In fact Czechoslovakia can't be a part of anything now because it no longer exists. A few years ago the inhabitants decided to split the country, into Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
I know that at least part of Czechoslovakia was owned by Hitler in World War 2. I think it's safe to say that they were an Axis Power.
