1st thing is to move your toes and rub them and then walk on them. Do you have high sugar??? Do you have Diabetes? Have you ever had a blood test for these from your Doctor's office? I hope the numbness is only because you were sitting on one leg or something like that, BUT, if no reason for it, check with your Doctor or someone qualified in your Doctor's office, like a Physician's Assistant or a Nurse. Better to be safe than sorry. In the meantime, keep your sugar down.
