Check the brake pads on that wheel, it sounds like you have metal on metal if the grinding is only when you are stoping or right after you release the brake and start rolling
if it is when u are driving it might be thr door or the speaker or if it is closer to the front of the car possibly the transmission
You have a bad cv joint. Or bad wheel bearing on one side.
Are the breaks worn or have they been recently replaced and could need new rotor. check your wheel bearing as well. turning left puts more stress on the right side of the vehicle, this could cause the grinding noise.
Sounds like the bearing may be shot in the wheel.
Defective left front wheel bearing. Have this repaired ASAP, as it can cause an accident.

The grinding is a worn CV joint. Get it replaced before it causes more damage! A worn wheel bearing will make the same noise answer worn wheel bearings or worn brake pads will be the cause
