You have to jump start your epg 250 by shorting out the gas valve coil to th terminal or th-tp terminal to th terminal it starts right up. Why do you have to short out to get it going?
It means that you either have a bad thermostat or bad thermostat wires. You can also check for continuity in the thermostat wires with the thermostat on.
