Two 15 amp glass fuses should be sufficient to run a dryer. That's probably the most common size used. If you're really unsure, start with a couple of 10 amp fuses. If the burn out, them move up to the 15's.
The heat from the hair dryer acts like hair straightners i suppose?

It should be in the main circuit panel. If the dryer was added at some point there may be a separate box just for the dryer either beside the main panel or at the dryer plug. It is not in the dryer itself.
If you are no longer using the dryer and there are 4-wires, and the dryer was 220 to 240 volts, it can be split into two 110 to 120 Volt circuits.
You need a separate dryer. I bought an all in one unit (washes & dries), but the dryer took forever & left the clothes wrinkled.
Yes, you should be able to. Some dryers will have a dryer rack that will prevent the shoes from tumbling around and making unnecessary noise. If you are still unsure, then you cant go wrong with just leaving them out in the sun (although make sure it doesn't rain!)
Yes, usually. If it's not a -Limited Edition- or some kind of Matched set only. But there is no rule that you can't buy them separately. I do it all the time.
One function of a condensing tumble dryer is that dry air is heated within it to dry the clothes inside. Instead of passing through a vent after that, the air is recycled back into the drying unit after the water has been removed. A secondary function of this type of dryer is that the hot air from the dryer will heat up the space around it while the dryer completes its cycle.
To run your hair dryer in France, you will need a 2 prong adapter. You will also need a hair dryer that is equipped as a dual voltage model. If the hair dryer does not switch voltages, then you will need to purchase a separate voltage converter.
Yes, as a matter of fact you can! You can get them mostly at any one of your beauty slupply departments!
What filter do you mean? If the filter for the water for an icemaker was removed, all the stuff it removed will be in your ice cubes. If you mean the dryer filter near the compressor you could have restrictions in your capillary tube which will cause a lack of refrigeration.
tis is normal for an expansion valve/receiver dryer type
