Do not string your current boyfriend along, If you think hes better as a friend then tell him how you feel.
The feelings about your ex may be caused by jealousy.
Finish with your current Boyfriend , Get your head straight and then see what you want.

∙ 14y agoYou should try to forget your ex boyfriend. He is not worth it if your new boyfriend loves you and cares for you as much or more than you care about him. Its better to stay with your new boyfriend that loves you and you love back.

∙ 11y agoI might be biased because I'm in the same situation but I am the ex that is still loved. I'll tell you what I would tell my ex if she would listen. Ask yourself: why did you break up with your ex, was it a bad breakup, did you really love him, does he still love you, would you tell your current boyfriend the truth even though it would hurt him, do you love your ex or your current boyfriend more? In my situation these questions don't really matter because a relationship is near impossible because of the time and cost of a 4 year LDR. If you love your ex but he is on the the other side of the world with a new woman and a family and you haven't talked to him in a decade, It's safe to say you should move on. If it's possible to be with your ex, decide who is more important to you and who you love more. I'm a believer in true love. If you find yourself thinking about your ex during the day while driving somewhere with your new man, you should really ask yourself what am I doing with this new boyfriend when I have such strong feelings for my ex. If your ex is worth it to you, tell him he is. Tell him your feelings. You might find he feels the same, or he will tell you he has moved on. Listen to your heart over everything else.
