Yes you can, the PSP battery will continue to charge even when you are playing. I would not recommend to do that, it is better if you leave it to charge and then play.

It sounds like the wiring harness has been disconnected or severed. Start at the lights and work back along the wires until you find the connector. If you don't find a problem between the lights and the connector, it may be further towards the front of the car.

My 98 SSEi has a ground wire pigtail at the battery thatruns to the fender. I have had problems with it making contact. If it isn't conducting properly, it can cause the car to lose power, or even not start . I once had allthe dash lights go off and the engine die at 65 mph when the connection broke. Be sure your battery connections are good
