∙ 15y agoThe Turn Signal Flasher relay is located Front seating area, driver side, under dash, behind instrument panel, mounted on passenger side of steering column. The Hazard Flasher relay is located Front seating area, driver side, passenger side of steering column, behind instrument cluster, mounted in convenence center.

∙ 16y agoIt's the multi-purpose stick on the left of the steering wheel collar - push down for left , up for right - also used for the wipers (rotate fwd/back) and cruise control (buttons)

∙ 9y agoThe 1992 Buick Roadmaster signal flasher relay switch can be found beneath the drivers side dashboard. The signal flasher relay switch will be above the gas pedal.

No they are not. The hazard flasher should be located in the fuse panal. While the turn signal flasher is located behind the dash near the AC controls. Can be a pain to find and replace.
