According to the autopsy (post mortem) on his charred corpse done in 1945 by a Soviet Army medical team, his scrotum was intact and they could only find one ball. :) They looked for the other one in his abdomen but couldn't find it. There's no way of knowing for sure whether they put those details in as a joke. (The lyric dates from 1939. The second line of early versions was 'Goering has two but very small'). Hitler did spend some time in a German army hospital at the end of World War 1, and any visible oddity in his balls would have spread all over the hospital very quickly. It's also well known that Hitler gave strict orders that he was never to photographed in swimming trucks ... :)
