Having a wee/pee (passing water) is quite normal, the warmth of the water relaxes the muscles and thus a little discharge is quite normal. Even a steady flow is acceptable, depending on how full the bladder is.

If the condition continues, it's best to see a doctor, but from what you say, it seems pretty normal.
