Is it normal after having a baby to bleed for 3 weeks spot for a couple of days and start bleeding again?

yes it's absolutely normal, u could even bleed for more than that, but if u bleed too much n u feel that u have to use more pads that u usually do when u have a period, u have to contact ur doctor as soon as possible.

No I am pretty sure you always bleed or else doctors wouldn't know if you were having it. ___ I don't know how common it is, but my cycle works that way... I bleed for a couple of days, then have a day where I am not bleeding, and then start bleeding again for a day. So I think the answer is yes.
