Indoor climate is not considered as healthy as being outdoor in the nature.

There are many reasons to this and one of them is vapors from materials used in the house.

One can however not claim that being indoor is unhealthy. For many people that are allergic, being indoor when the traffic or the pollen situation is bad, is the easiest viable solution.

Staying indoor as in every day will give little exercise unless one does this indoor too. Exercise is very important for most human beings. It strengthens the circulatory blood system and is of vital importance to ones long term health.
