hi no see a docotor i was told a heart rate over 100 is not good may need to be checked out
106 is tachycardia, or a fast heart rate. That is higher than normal and usually indicative of poorer health. Unless, of course, the person who has it is exercising at the time. The heart rate goes up dramatically during exercise. It should return to between 60 -80 after exercise.
percentage = 106%% rate:= 106/100 * 100%= 106%
%rate = (100/106) x 100% = 94.34%
% rate:= 4/106 * 100%= 0.0377 * 100%= 3.77%
% rate:= 106/356 * 100%= 0.2978 * 100%= 29.78%
yes, its perfect
% rate = 24.53% =26/106* 100% = 0.2453 * 100% = 24.53%
The nominal interest rate is the baseline interest rate attached to an investment.The real interest rate is connected to the rate of inflation over the duration of your investment.The basic formula for determining the Real Interest Rate is:Real Interest Rate = Nominal Interest Rate - InflationHere's a basic example: If I buy a one-year, $100 savings bond with a 6% interest rate of return, I should receive $106 at the end of the year. This percentage--6%--is my nominal interest rate.Inflation changes the value of the total you receive at the end of the year. Inflation measures the rate of increase in the cost of goods and services; if you buy a table today for $100 and you buy the same table in a year for $103, that equals a 3% rate of inflation.If this happens the same year you are waiting for your bond to mature, you will still receive $106, but goods and services now cost $3 more than they did a year ago, which effectively reduces the value of your profit to $103. This means your real interest rate is actually 3%.3% Real Interest = 6% Nominal Interest - 3% Inflation
50% of your Max Heart Rate = ( example 90 beats per min ) 60% of your Max Heart Rate = ( example 108 beats per min ) 70% of your Max Heart Rate = ( example 126 beats per min ) 80% of your Max Heart Rate = ( example 144 beats per min ) 90% of your Max Heart Rate = ( example 162 beats per min ) 100% of your Max Heart Rate = (example 180 beats per min.) 50% of your max heart rate is considered a light exersise(walking, slowly biking,ect). 75% of your max heart rate is considered a moderate exersise(Jogging,basketball,ect). Your max heart rate or near your max is considered a heavy, intense activity that makes you huff and puff and your heart is pounding very rapidly (sprinting, track and feild races, ect).
