To find out if a child is overweight the parent should talk to the doctor. If the child is overweight then the doctor and parent can work together on finding out the healthiest solution.
It depends how tall you are but probably not. I am 10st 2 at 14 and I'm not quite overweight, but work out your BMI to find out.
69 kg = 10st 12.1lb69 kg = 10st 12.1lb69 kg = 10st 12.1lb69 kg = 10st 12.1lb69 kg = 10st 12.1lb69 kg = 10st 12.1lb
he may

It depends on whether you're male or female. The following are the ideal weight ranges for an average 5' 7" adult which equate to a body mass index (bmi) of 20 - 25: Male = 10st 3lb (143lb) to 11st 6lb (160lb) Female = 9st 2lb (128lb) to 10st 4lb (144lb)
10st 12.5lb = 69.17kg
10st 4lb equates to 65.3kgs
3st 3lbs = 20.4 (20.4117) kg
10 stones, 7 pounds
2.2046 lb/kg and 14lb/st so; 65kgx2.2lb/kg = 143lb (only two sig figs in '65', so we use only '2.2') 143lb/14lb/st = 10st 3lb (wow...stone is even older than pounds...how old ARE you??? ;-))
Using Body Mass Index, a healthy range for an adult of 5' 4" is 53kg to 66kg (116 to 145lb, or 8st 4 lbs to 10st 5lbs)
10st 1.1lb
