I am almost 16 and I still don't have full breasts but I have only had my period for at least 2 months now. Is there something wrong with the way I'm growing?

Some young women develop slowly. Unless there is something obviously wrong, we wouldn't worry about it. If it concerns you, you could speak to your doctor about it. Since you are now menstruating, you should have a general exam and that would be a good time to talk.
