You disarm it by unlocking either of the front doors with a key. If that doesn't work, that means that the lock cylinder switch has fallen off of the cylinder. You will have to remove the door panel to reinstall/replace.
OR. you could just pop the hood, and diconnect the battery for about a minute

∙ 17y agoClose all doors, hood and trunk...place key in drivers door and turn it to lock and unlock...some times you have turn it 2-3 times...this should work...worked on my Jeep..hope this helps...
