Work out baby girl, lunges ! As much as you can I take barbells 20 pounds and work out with those before I got to sleep and squats too! Same with the weights and walk a lot jog bike ride do butt bridges anything like that Google butt excersizes good luck ! By the way I use to be a flat back on my butt but now I'm starting to get results:D good luck.
