There is a popular belief you have to drink a certain amount of water. That is not true, you should drink when you feel like it.

we shoud drink atleast 5-7 ltrs everyday.
Adults are supposed to have 4 pints of water (four big glasses) and children are supposed to have 2 pints of water daily. If that's what you mean.
You should drink enough water in order to stay hydrated so you will not faint or face any discomforts. I suggest you to drink atleast 1 gallon of water per day.

It is a bad idea to fixate on how much a person should drink everyday. Most people don't even know drinking an excessive amount of water can be fatal. Use your common sense to assess what your body actually needs.
