For the most part, pretty close to California minimum wage. Certain highly skilled jobs may pay more, but if you're just starting and aren't doing something you specifically got a college degree or served an apprenticeship to be able to do (e.g. electrical engineer or a technical theatre job), you should not expect much more than minimum wage.
You are in Florida, if the Boss/Owner was from the Mid-West better earnings would be in effect. Nope you have to deal with both coasts and their battle. We all know insurance cost greatly reduces with more employees. Still, getting life back together or working through College or High School with Disney is a decent choice.
