Not much at all, because they are drunk with the idea that they will be traveling all over the world which many do for brief periods of time. But with that scent of living in the fast lane comes lots of grief. they are subject to public reprimands , witnessing loud, long screaming matches, snotty spoiled kids,unbelievable putrid tasks when the boss gets too whacked out being responsible to knowing what the boss will be wearing before he/she does. Making appointments for shopping, plastic surgeons, theatre tickets lunches at the latest hot spot when nobody will give her any more credit. It's really a thankless low paying 24/7 job that about 50 people are waiting to take your place in a moment.
