Grams and milliliters are both units of measurement with the former being used to weigh dry ingredients and the latter being used to weigh liquids. The general rule of thumb for the conversion rate between grams and milliliters is virtually like for like but this depends on the grade of cream being used. So, there would be around 100 grams in 100 ml of cream.
