1 cup [US] = 236.59 milliliter.
236.59 milliliters of marshmallows would therefore weigh 118.3 grams.
1 ounce = 28.33 grams (therefore 118.3 grams = 4.17 ounces)
Thus about 4.17 ounces of marshmallows make up a US cup.
