I'm 63, and don't think my testicles hang lower than they did when I was younger. I'm still slim (5' 10 1/2", 155 pounds) but do have a little fat buildup around my scrotum. Other than that, no changes. My scrotum still tightens up when it's cold or when I'm aroused, and loosens up in warmer weather or when my penis is flaccid. I' AM 54YRS, mY LEFT TESTICALE HAS ENLARGED LENGTH WISE BUT NOT IN THICKNESS. IT FEELS TO DIVIDING INTO TWO TESTICLES SO THAT I WILL AVE THREE TESTICLES. iS SUCH A PROCESS KNOWN TO HAPPEN
You've started puberty idiot
As long as there is not a drastic difference.
Pot relaxes you and your muscles. This includes the muscles supporting your testicles.
Your testicles either "shrivel up" or hang low depending on the temperature of your body. With more heat they sink down, with less heat they constrict.
The scrotum. Not the testicles, just the sack that the family jewels hang in.
because it's cool?
that means "hang up pedophiles by their testicles'
There is no rules or regulations concerning this "what you see is what you got".
The testicles are two small organs which hang behind the penis in a small pouch of tough skin called the scrotum. They are part of the reproductive system , they produce sperm which fertilizes a women's egg, usually during sex.
Testicles look like two medium size eggs, or "balls". They are contained in a sack of loose skin called a scrotum and hang beneath the male penis. Testicles are sensitive, and delicate. the term "balls" is because the testicle takes on the appearance of being round, like a ball. During warm climates, the sack, or scrotum, relaxes to a pendelous bag, causing the testicles to hang lower in the sack, or scrotum. Testicles need to be cooler than body temperature to produce sperm. Testicles vary in size, but usually look like two medium size eggs, some can be larger, some can be smaller in size. One testicle usually hangs a little lower than the other, this is normal.

Yes, the cremaster muscle moves the scrotum and thus the testicles up and down, according to temperature. The testicles are free hanging, so they can move back and forth within the scrotum too.
