Usually it's quite fast once all the documentation is put in the hands of the adjuster. Claims adjusters are just like everyone else, they want to get their claims closed and get the files off their desk. They don't get any bonuses or promotions for not paying claims or for holding them up do matter what the accident chaser lawyers try to tell you just to get you to give them a third of your payout that you deserve. Studies done show that after attorneys fees that you have to pay for you clients get more money from the insurance company without an attorney than they do with a lawyer.

You end up doing all the work anyway in chasing down police reports, estimates for the damage on your vehicles, medical bills, etc.
