You don't have to bleed at all. Nothing has to be damaged during the first time. The hymen doesn't have to be punctured, ripped or damaged in any way because it does not close off the vagina, it's just a fold of membrane. I didn't bleed because my bf was gentle. The compulsory bleeding is a myth helped into the world and sustained by rough men.

If you do bleed, it depends on how much damage has been done... but I hope your partner listens to you and controls his penor.

The bleeding should begin almost immediately because the hymen is just like any other skin on you body, and when it tears, it bleeds. If you did not bleed then there is a chance that you only stretched the hymen, but if you want to know for sure then you should consult your doctor because your doctor is the only person who can tell you whether or not your hymen is fully intact, torn, or just stretched.

How hymen broke can it grow again?

No, the hymen cannot regrow. The hymen can stretch as a result of penetration, such as during sexual intercourse, and if a person doesn't have sex for some time the hymen can relax back to it's original state. The hymen can also be torn as a result of penetration, once torn it cannot un-tear.
