The amount of time needed for your body to detox from years of partying can be affected by your eating habits now. Are you eating a diet largely made up of fresh vegetables and fruit? Are you drinking at least 2 liters of water each day? Are you getting enough sleep? Are you cutting down on alcohol, caffeine and heavily sugared/processed foods?
