It has a maximum effective range of around 400 meters(1,300 ft).
The bullet can travel up to about 5,000 yards if the barrel is tilted up to about 45 degrees- but with no accuracy.
This answer is not correct. I have a lot experience with Ak47 in Soviet army. I have shot Ak47 with 3 power scope at 55 gallon steel drum, which is about the same width as a man, at a distance of 700 meters which is about 765 yards. The 7.62x39 bullet would go completely through the front and out the back of the steel drum. So this myth about only having 400 meters effective range is destroyed!
Civilian/Hunting Use: Like most high-powered rifles, the actual total range of an AK47 can be several miles. That is, the bullet itself will carry quite a distance (which is important to remember when firing), but accurate fire is generally not possible beyond 500m for even moderately large (i.e. car-sized) targets.
Combat Use: The round from a standard AK will become almost completely useless after 300-400m it can be sighted to around 1000m but after the first few hundred it's anyone's guess as to where it's going. Under PERFECT conditions, a 7.62x39mm round fired from a standard 16 inch barrel MAY travel miles, however, the severe lack of PERFECT firing conditions drastically reduces this range. Also important to note is that AKMs almost NEVER have new, fresh barrels, meaning that one can easily be firing from a weapon with 60,000-100,000 (or more) rounds through it. That kind of use means that the lands and grooves in the barrel would be in horrible condition, making firing to over a mile extremely unlikely/impossible.
710 meters per second in 7,62x39. 600 rounds per minute.
ALOT!
120 miles
27 feet
the bar because it shoots a 30.6 and an ak47 shoots a 7.62x39 the bar has a bigger bullet the ak47 probbably has better penetration though because it often uses steel core full metal jacket ammo
you shoot them with a ak47
If you can pull the trigger you are old enough to shoot the AK47. There were child solders in the African country that could barely carry the AK but they could shoot it.
Although there are many variations, most AK47 shoot a ~30 caliber bullet (7.62mm).
Shoot it with a ak47
It's possible, but not recommended practice.
All paint ball guns with a regular barrel will shoot around 300 feet. there also is no specific "ak 47" paintball gun
yes it's safety lever has a SEMI AUTO option.
12 gauge by far
You get the ak47 or m16 or glock and shoot the eagle in the groin
Depends. The original, Soviet, military AK47 is capable of full auto fire- pull trigger, shoots until you release trigger. However, the majority of the civilian versions of the AK47 are semi auto- 1 pull, 1 shot.
710 meters per second in 7,62x39. 600 rounds per minute.
some shoot far and some dont so they all dont shoot the same length
