What I always do when I continuisly have bad dreams, is a turn on my raido to some calm music or Country Music . If you don't have a radio in your room, turn on a small light that gives off just enough light to brighten your room a little , and read a little kid book to your favorite stuffed animal , and strongly think about the words in the book ( Remember to read quietly to not wake up the rest of your family members . ) Also, if you have a pet like a dog or a cat, call him/her into your room and just sit and pet the animal for a while . I hope these work . :)
