well.......according to me a speech on health is firstly we have 2 control our food limits...have to do more excercises in the morning and in the evening times...and if we are free we can spend more time on it.....and we must ave a control on food diet....have to eat healhy food not the extra stuff.......so that we can live a long live....and lead a happy life long time......
