You would need to assemble a Kairos dragon through the perch of Kairos. This is, to date, the only dragon not gained by breeding. You have to collect artifacts through three different stages.

Some things to know:

• Kairos is huge and flies around the northern area of your park.
• He is a mainly blue dragon with yellow highlights.
• Kairos becomes available at level 16.
• You will need to collect a total of 21 artifact fragments.
• Kairos can be summoned once every four days.
• When Kairos is summoned, he jumps all of the timers on your islands forward by six hours.
• The easiest way to collect fragments is by racing on the dragon track.
