if it is a Networx (NX-4,NX-6,NX-8,NX-8E) alarm panel that has to be reset , just find the AC transformer,plug it out and go to the control panel and disconnect the battery leads. leave the unit with out power for 5 mins then connect back the battery & AC transformer.
Note if panel is stuck in alarm mode u will need to enter the correct 4 digit user code.
