Your BP is in the 'low normal' range. Being fatigued may have nothing to do with your BP.
It does increase mine and it causes blurry vision. My diastolic BP jumps no less than 20 points when taking just 20mg of Lutein and the blurry vision probably due to the increased BP last for hours.
