If you help them they give you blueprints eg: If you talk to someone and they cry give them a 'hug', if they look left, right and tap their foot on the ground(If you don't have the's yet because you havn't got that far into the game yet just back up)give them a 'flower emblem', if they hold their bellys and you hear their stomacs rumble give them food.
