Try once every night. In the day play games, listen to happy music (no emo crap). Music like Lamb of God, Eiffel 65, Pendulum, or Celldweller will do. Play interesting games like Prototype or F.E.A.R. 2. At the end of the day, to be a real positive person, you have to be confident about yourself first. Love yourself first, and "positive" words come naturally. Also practice describing things using colorful, friendly words.
