I'm not a man and I cannot allow myself to generalize or speak on the behalf of all men. I think that it depends on individual taste and or the severity of stretch marks. Neither a man nor a woman should be considered superficial for not liking stretch marks, although there certainly are people who feel that there is no true value to a woman other than her outer appearance, but that's another case altogether. Unless someone has a fetish for stretch marks I don't believe that anyone finds them appealing. I have yet to meet a person who does.
