Episode begins with Phoebe and Paige dead in a battle against Billie and her sister, Christy. With the battle ended, Leo is returned to Piper by the angel of destiny. They go back in time and fight the battle again with both sides surviving. Billie tries to reason with Christy, but she is programmed to kill and goes on without Billie.
They go back and vanquish the triad and their demon. Billie tries again to get Christy to come back and forget all of the hate. She refuses and conjures a huge fireball, which is then fired at Billie. Billie reverses it and is devastated when it kills her sister. With the final battle won, Leo is returned once again.
At the manor, Piper suggests they write in the book of shadows for the generations that follow. They use those stories to tell what happens in the future for all of the Halliwells, showing who they end up with, how many kids they have and what they do with themselves when their fighting days are over. Ends with a house full of grandchildren.
