The easiest way to avoid getting ill when coming off of Opana IR is to slowly ween yourself off of it. Your doctor should be able to set you up on a schedule that will slowly bring yourself off of the medication to avoid any withdrawal symptoms or complications.

Opana (oxymorphone) is the only painkiller that I have found that will work with suboxone. Although, the high does not seem as intense as if I was not taking suboxone. I am not sure why this is. I heard from one of my close friends that you could take opana with suboxone. So I gave it a try. It works, a few other people I know have had similar experiences. I cannot say what the effects would be if someone were to take the drugs together frequently. So, snort the opana now, you will not regret it. I have been taking suboxone, prescribed by a docter for 8 months. I did the opana 3 separate occasions with the suboxone.
