If you were to look at the microbiology aspect of the human body, high temperatures (above 105) do not allow all the proteins in your body to form correctly. Proteins in high temperatures start to denature or unfold and cannot perform properly. Not to mention that if you are exposed to high temps for a long period of time you would get extremely dehydrated. If you've been seriously dehydrated then you know how bad that can be.
