Yes. Some doctors may tell you that Coumadin (warfarin) is an anticoagulant and should have no effect on your energy levels. HOWEVER, people who actually take the drug report extreme tiredness. One quote is "the WORST fatigue imaginable". According to this person Ritalin was used to counter this common side effect with great results.

I have been on 7.5 mg daily for months and can verify that severe tiredness IS a side effect. Any Dr. that says there are no side effects has apparently not been on it themselves.
