I am born and raised in Puerto Rico. We mostly use the English system. Ask any Puerto Rican their weight and height, we use feet and pounds. The outside temperature is in fahrenheit. And speeds are in miles per hour.
However for body temperature we use celsius, as in fever of 40 degrees for some reason.
