It depends.
If it was open and was left on your kitchen table, it would go bad over night. That would make you sick.
If it was open and in the fridge it should be good for 3 days.
If it was past 3 days it would make you sick.
If it was never opened it is good for a year.
IF IT IS PAST A YEAR THEN IT WOULD MAKE YOU SICK.
USUALLY KIDS DON'T WAIT THAT LONG TO DRINK IT! :D
