If the lock is 6 cut or 10 cut, either way yes it can. it takes alot of patience and practice

for 6 cut use light turn pressure, and it will mark on the side with the wide grove in it. the marks are really faint and you may need a magnifying glass to see them.

theres videos on it

How do you repair door on passenger side that want unlock?

I assume it is a GM car..I have several Cadillacs and they have all done this ... You have to remove the door panel (not very easy with the door closed, but it has to be done) reack your hand in toward the lock unit at the end of the door while getting someone to try pulling the lock up .... gently. Every model has a slightly different system, but it should be replaced. Check with a salvage yard and see if they have on for your car, once the door is open, it is quite easy to replace. Just libricate/grease it well before you install it. You might want to pick one up first, then you will know what you are reaching for. You don't need the lock itself (the key unit) you just need the mechanism and rods that actually lock the door. Best of luck.

How do you disconnect automatic door locks from 1994 suburban?

On some newer GM vehicles you can disarm it. But I do not know if this is even possible on your Suburban, and really think it is not possible to disarm the auto lock feature on this model. Have you looked in your owner's manual? If it is not listed there, you may have to access a shop manual. Call you local GM dealer for advice.

How can you open the driver side rear door of a 1999 Suburban if the latch is not working?

My door latch also broke (small washer pressed on a rivet popped off). I had to remove the inner trim panel and peel away the plastic sheeting to access the door latch lock rods. A new door latch from GM cost me about $40 and I spent a half hour installing it. Hope this helps.

Why won't the back doors of a 1991 Bonneville SSE open?

Is it from the inside or outside, the inside have child locks to keep them from being opened from the inside, open them from the outside, inside the the door where the latch is, is a selector for the child locksAnswerIt can be one of three things. 1) If there are child locks, it could be that, but the doors would open from the outside.2) The latch is broken. I have the same problem on my 1989 Bonneville and I know a place that will fix it for roughly $90 per door.3) The rod is snapped or broken.AnswerThese cars typically suffer from this. It is not usually caused by the power locks, if you can hear the lock mechanism clicking when you press the button, it is most likely fine. The root of the problem is that GM started to use a vegetable oil based lubricant on the lock mechanism around this time to replace the previously used whale oil based lubricant. Over time, with lack of use, this dries into a sticky residue and does not allow the lock to disengage. Usually only the driver's door will still work, since it gets the most use. If you push in the lock button on the exterior of the door and it feels like there is "nothing" behind it, this is likely your problem. To simply get your doors open try this: Have someone click the power lock open and closed in rapid succession while you hit (hard) with the side of your fist on the top of the door handle (exterior of car) several times. Make sure they stop clicking the lock with it in the open position, then try the door, this will often free the stuck lock. The only real cure for this is to remove the door panel and lock, then clean and re-lubricate the lock. Another tip is NEVER push in the exterior door button when the car is locked, it will just about guarantee that the lock will stick.
