Yes; you can get pregnant after you have your tubes clamped! I had mine clamped three on each side and I got pregnant a year later.

∙ 17y agoYes, you can still ovulate if your tubes are clamped, tied, ligated, whatever. However, with few exceptions, the egg can't get through the blockage, and that's why you don't get pregnant.
