it is not normal but it's possible when i thought i was pregnant i got my period and it was heavy i know tmi but the next month i did not get it the thing is that your body is not use to the change yet and it still wants to have your period oh and i forgot to add it turned out that i was 1 and a half months pregnant It is not very common but it is possible, and also normal!

∙ 18y agoYes you can. It is rare but does happen. It is actually not a "regular period" as this would mean shedding all the lining of the uterus and leaving nothing for the baby to survive in. But it is possible to shed some lining which "looks" like a regular period. yes you can. Do a pregnancy test and go see your doctor. Get blood tests done. Good luck Hello - This question will probably get various replies but based on my personal experience (I have a lot lol) a woman can have a period during early pregnancy and sometimes she can bleed into her fourth or fifth month of pregnancy. However - the period will not be NORMAL FLOW for the woman. It usually is lighter than normal. A pregnancy period is NEVER HEAVY unless its a threatened miscarriage.
