It says right on the cover-"do not freeze"
It states not to freeze the "Light Buttery Spread" version only. All other Buttery
Spreads are OK to freeze. I stay away from freezing all Smart Balance products.

∙ 11y agoSmart Balance isn't Margarine. Margarines contain partially hydrogenated oils that are bad for you. Smart Balance doesn't have part hydro oils and is actually good for your heart unlike butter which is also bad as it also contains saturated fats.
