Not for dating no sex you will get labeled a pedohiple or sex offender. chance are you will not go to jail as long as its not rape
no it is not because it is a female dating a younger male so NO
no
You wouldn't neccesaraly be arrested for seeing someone younger than you but if you have any type of sexual relations wityh that person u could very well be arrested for rape and serve a minimum term of 2 years. I not completely sure with the jail terms in Texas but u would be put in jail.
Its not illegal to be 'dating' and 15 year old if your 19. But if you so much as kiss her you can be considered a sex offender for the rest of your life.
Dating is always legal. However, sexual contact of any type between them is now and will continue to be illegal until she reaches the age of 16
Not sure about Pennsylvania But elsewhere Its fine.
Yes. The age of consent is 18 and she is a minor dating an adult male. He can be arrested for rape and serve jail time.
There are no laws in Kentucky about dating. Even the laws about sexual contact won't apply, as the age of consent is 16.
Yes.
Only illegal if there is any sort of sexual activity involved.
Yes. I am almost 100% sure.
Dating is not illegal. Having sex would be illegal.
Dating has no laws associated with it. But any sexual contact with a 12 year old will result in criminal charges. Laws and the penalties will depend on the state. And a 7 year difference for someone that young will be pretty ugly.
Yes a 17 year old can date an 18 year old in Kentucky but can't get married until the girl is 18. Hope that helps
There are no laws for dating, it is not criminal. There are only laws regarding sex which the minor have to have reached age of consent for. A minor would of course need consent from parents on who to date and the adult should remember how easy it is to report someone for statutory rape.
Yes, any physical contact with you would put him in jail!
No Simple There is nothing wrong in dating at this age if the parents are ok about it as long as they do not do anything sexual at all. The 14-year-old would not go to jail if he sexually assaulted her but he could be placed into care depending on his previous history.
