There are not tropical rainforests in the continental United States. However, there are raiforests in Hawaii, as well as Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and many of the various small island possessions in the Pacific
There are temperate rain forests in Alaska and the Pacific Northwest
The Tongass National Forest
The Chugach National Forest
The Olympic National Forest
There are also pockets of temperate rainforest in the Appalachian Mountains from Georgia to New England.
Finally, there are also some subtropical rainforests in Florida, but only small remnants remain.

∙ 10y agoThere are no rainforests in mainland France, but nearly all (98%) of French Guiana is covered by it. French Guiana located north of Brazil, in south America, is the largest French departement with over 83,000 square kilometres.
There are also smaller areas of rainforest on the French tropical islands of la Martinique, la Guadeloupe, la Réunion.
