Not so good. Pretty much straight sugar (sucrose) and a bit of Milk Chocolate (not the Dark Chocolate which does have some healthful qualities when consumed in very small quantities).

As a simple carbohydrate source, M&Ms provide mostly empty calories, promote weight gain, and too many of these simple carbs can eventually put you at risk for Diabetes, as well as obestiy.
