This depends on a lot of things such as how old you are, and if you are sexually active. If you are a person that has regular periods and you know exactly what date you are going to start every month, then it is probably not normal. This doesn't exactly mean that there is something wrong though. Sometimes an extreme change in diet, or fitness routine can throw of your periods. Miscarriages, and stress can do the same as well. If you are sexually active, I would recommend that you take a pregnancy test to be certain. The sooner you find out the better so you can stop all bad habits such as junk food, fast food, caffeine, smoking, drinking etc. and start providing your body with essential nutrients such as folic acid. Folic acid is extremely important for someone who is pregnant; it helps with the proper development of the baby. More and more baby's are being born with defects due to the lack of folic acid from the mother.

Yes, you can. This happened to me with my 3rd pregnancy. I actually had the same kind of cramping that I normally get before my period and a slight spotting. PMS symptoms are very close to pregnancy symptoms. I definitely thought I wasn't pregnant. I only had a bit of spotting though and after a week of not get a full period I decided to take a pregnancy test and to my surprise I was pregnant. I ended up having a very healthy pregnancy and baby.

Hi do you mean Implantation bleeding it doesn't always mean your pregnant cause I got it then got my period which came early 2 weeks after. My period was light and I did get pregnancy symptoms as well like feeling sick, headaches, more tired and that. Then the next month for 3 months My periods went into a pattern where as before they weren't and they were irregular.
