I would think not as your parents are responsible for you until you are 18. Once the baby is born, you have parental rights for that child so I believe that would make your parents responsible for both of you (at least until you are 18) If they are saying they aren't going to help you, you really need to talk to someone who can help (i.e. social services, children's services, your Dr., somebody)
Your parents are generally the people who signed your birth certificate. They are generally the ones who call you for dinner and the ones who refuse to raise your allowance.

Yes, if she is under the age of 18. If the parents refuse to give consent, they could apply to the courts for a court order. The court might grant the consent if there is adequate evidence that they can raise the child and have the ability to support and take care of it.
you don't.
If you think you're mature, independent and responsible enough to have and raise a child, you should be mature enough to be able to tell your parents. If you're not, perhaps you should consider whether it's a good idea to have a child yet. I agree with the above answer. Telling your parents wont be easy, but that's the least of your concerns once you're pregnant. You're making an adult decision, so you'll need to accept the consequences if you do get pregnant.
the parents do it you do not have to

There are not any laws on teenage pregnancy in Maryland. If you are pregnant at this age, you need to talk to your parents so they can help you make decisions on how you are going to raise the child.
